Fixing Small Things:

Before organizing.
After organizing.

Short Reflection:

I started doing this activity from my bedroom while I was studying. Here, I identified how messy my room is looking. The things which need to be fixed here was my blanket, position of pillows, bag on the side table and laptop on the bed. These things need to be fixed because in my opinion, while you are studying you need an environment which gives you positive vibes, which didn’t distract your attention and didn’t affect your focus or concentration.

Bag on side table.

So, I start putting things at their right places i.e. Folded the blanket, hung my bag in the wardrobe, put my wallet in a drawer etc.

I feel refreshed because being organized can help you get on your game. You know where things are when you need them. It is like having a peace about your responsibilities. It also reduced your stress level.

Yes, I have to do this task not at the same time but before going to bed or after completing my study I have to organize these things.

One should not deny from this that we practice leadership on every daily basis. Leadership is about taking responsibilities and making others work easier. If I didn’t take responsibility for fixing the things then the room still looks messy or someone else can do this. Here I own this and take it as a responsibility. I want to add something that leadership also gives you happiness, when you help or guide someone and when you make his/her work as easy as pie.
